Drontal for Cats is not indicated for kittens younger than 6 weeks of age. This wormer may be used in pregnant and lactating cats when used as indicated. It may be used together with flea and tick treatment or heartworm preventive. Consult a veterinarian before using it concurrently. It does not control heartworms or lungworms.

Cats may be reinfested with worms, so it is advisable to treat the cat and control environmental contamination to reduce the risk of reinfestation. Dispose of droppings where possible and control intermediate hosts, such as fleas, rats and mice.
