- 20% Ethanol
- Dilute the liquid solution into water or milk as it contains 20% ethanol
- If your pet cannot tolerate water you can use milk for easy administration
- Moreover, you can also use it on small treats but it may reduce the efficacy of the product
- Let stand the diluted solution for a while to vaporize the alcohol
- Then, administer the recommended dose of the diluted substance directly into the pet’s mouth using a clean, dry plastic spoon or syringe
- The recommended dose should be administered at least 10 minutes prior to a meal or any other medications or supplements
Recommended Dose and Frequency
For acute seizures/epilepsy or head traumas: Administer the appropriate dose every 30 minutes for four doses. Then repeat every 3 hours for 3 doses. Reduce the frequency to three times per day until the symptoms are under control.
For chronic conditions: Administer the recommended dose three times each day.
