- Maintenance dose: 25 mg/kg body weight.
- Initial dose: 50 mg/kg body weight for 4-6 weeks; up to 6 tablets daily.
- Split dosage: Half in the morning, half in the evening.
- Tablets can be given whole or crushed in food.
