Additionally, this oral wormer helps remove and control Echinococcus multilocularis.
Droncit tapeworm tablets are suitable for puppies as young as 4 weeks of age, allowing protection from an early age. According to the product label, it has been tested for pregnant and breeding dogs without any adverse reactions. This dog intestinal worm treatment is sized for easy administration. For picky dogs, it can be added to their food. It can be given to dogs normally without the need for fasting or dietary modifications.

- Indicated for the removal of tapeworms, including Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis and Echinococcus granulosus.
- Helps remove and control Echinococcus multilocularis.
Active Ingredient
Praziquantel 34 mg
- Weigh your dog for the right dosage.
- These tablets may be given directly or crumbled and mixed with the dog's feed.
- The recommended dosage varies as per the dog's weight. Small dogs require a larger dosage due to their higher metabolic rate.
- For dogs living where reinfections are likely to occur, take appropriate steps to optimize prevention; otherwise, retreatment may be necessary.
- Retreatment in cases of Dipylidium caninum may be required if fleas are not removed from the dog and its environment.
- To control Echinococcus multilocularis, regular treatment every 21 to 26 days may be required.
- The recommended dosage to remove E. multilocularis is the same as that indicated for the removal of the other tapeworm species mentioned on the label.
- If your dog is continuously exposed to wild rodents, retreatment at 21-26 day intervals is recommended to prevent the shedding of infectious eggs.

For Dogs:
Droncit for Dogs is for oral use in puppies and dogs only. It is not indicated for puppies younger than 4 weeks of age. Fasting is not necessary. Take strict hygienic precautions when handling dog feces or feces suspected of harboring E. multilocularis. All areas where the infected dog was in contact with should be thoroughly cleaned with sodium hypochlorite and allowed to completely dry before reuse. It has been tested in breeding and pregnant dogs without any adverse effects.
